We'll let you answer this question! The firmness of each Simba® pillow can be varied depending on personal preference and all you need to do to switch this up is add or remove the Nanocubes® - we even give you a handy bag to keep the spare ones in.
Suggested fill for preferred comfort levels are:
Firm=640g (entire bag)
Medium=520g (remove 4-6 handfuls)
Low=450g (remove 8-10 handfuls)
While firmness is a tricky one to categorize as it's down to the individual, we would describe the Simba Memory Foam Pillow as medium-firm.

For hygiene reasons we do recommend using a pillowcase, these will also ensure they'll stay as pristine as the day they arrived. Any standard size in whatever snazzy colour and style you have already will fit any of our pillows just fine.
