You have 100 nights, from the day your mattress is delivered or picked up in-store, to try it out in the comfort of your home and make sure it’s the right fit for you. If not, you can exchange it for one of Sleep Country's over 50 other mattresses, hassle-free, at any Sleep Country location across Canada. All you need to do is stop in, or call customer support and start the exchange process.
Exchange Details: We are able to confidently offer an exchange only, due to our vast expertise and product selection, and are confident we have the perfect bed for you. There is a $50 Exchange Fee to cover the delivery of the new product, plus the pick-up of your exchanged mattress. In addition, you will be responsible for paying any balance due upon exchange if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is greater than the retail price of the returned item(s).
If your mattress arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours of your delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Please allow for a 2 week break in period before returning your mattress if you find it uncomfortable.
You may return or exchange an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition, and the original sales receipt is presented. Just drop by one of our numerous Sleep Country locations conveniently located across Canada. If you ordered online and would like to have your item(s) shipped back to our warehouse for a return and refund, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be happy to serve you.
With your new mattress, we want to ensure you’re getting the sleep you want and deserve. That’s why you can exchange your mattress soon after you’ve purchased it for one that suits you better. That’s our Comfort Guarantee.
Please note that we only accept online exchanges in-store. As well, all refunds or balances on exchanges will be credited in the original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted. Items that could be returned or exchanged include any unopened and unused pillows, duvets, mattress pads and protectors, sheets and any other small items we may choose to add to our product line.
